Andrew Long is a Consultant Paediatrician and was Clinical Tutor and Director of Medical Education for Bromley Hospitals for eleven years. In 2006 he joined the London Deanery as Associate Dean with a specific responsibility for supporting medical careers. He has recently completed a Masters degree in interprofessional education and is a member of faculty for two other Masters level programmes. He is a founder member and Fellow of the Academy of Medical Educators, he is Officer for Assessment at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
